We really enjoyed our stay. This is obe of the cleanest and best smelling houses we've stayed at. The host was prompt at answering any questions I had. This house has great beds which is important to me. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Highly recommend

The kitchen was well equipped and had very nice dishes. We appreciated the location, being so close to yellow springs and John Bryan park was convenient. The decorations were low key. Beds and bedding very comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay here. This house was just as pictured, which doesn’t always happen! It was so spacious, relaxing and beautiful. The location is perfect and I would absolutely recommend anyone coming to the area to rent this place if they have a large group! The decor was awesome!!

We stayed at the house for my granddaughter’s wedding and had family from 3yr old to 76! The house was well laid out for our family and the children enjoyed the yard and play area. The deck space was beautiful and we enjoyed our evenings on the deck. Location was excellent with much to do near by. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a very comfortable and accommodating space for a large crowd!

How often does a property surpass your expectations? Personally speaking, not often. This property was immaculate beautifully decorated extremely comfortable and very roomy. Our entire family so enjoyed our visit in this home and we’re already finding excuses for reasons to come back. The communication was top-notch, I never waited more than five minutes for a response no matter what time of day. As you can see, we were all very pleased thank you to Danyel for delivering five stars and then some.

We rented this home because our son was getting married nearby and the size was perfect for allowing the groomsmen to stay as well. House was clean and spacious. Outdoor space was great, but really did not get used much as the weather was way too hot. The air conditioning went out the first night there, but Danyel responded quickly and had someone out the next morning to fix it. Check in and check out was super easy. Overall house was perfect for our weekend in town, providing a great home-base for us.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay... we saw Chapelle & Friends w/ a great place to stay just minutes from the venue. We enjoyed the deck upon arrival and saw an eagle and a few deer at dusk. then upon our return from the show we sat on the deck to enjoy reflecting on the comedy and savoring friendships... perfect spot for all the above!!!

Spacious and Clean

My family stayed here because we travelled to Ohio for my son's college graduation. I had never used Vrbo before as I always stay in hotels. I was not disappointed in my choice. This house was spacious, has a wonderfully sized kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The family room was also a great size. The entire house was also very clean and stocked with all of the essentials. My entire family group loved it. I even left something after l checked out and the owner allowed my son to pick it up because he was still in Ohio. I'm forever grateful and would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in town.

Great spot for a large family to stay

It was a sad occasion for us as my family had my mother's memorial service in Yellow Springs. My family all attended and the property was great for us. The large backyard and spacious indoor space was perfect for us.

This was our second trip to yellow springs and this property. We had a wonderful time and the layout of the home works very well for our group. We had ample room to dine and visit together. The host is easy to contact. Highly recommend this lovely property!

This house was great for 14 of us. Enough space for all of us. The deck and the swing set in the fenced in yard so so nice to have. Enough bathrooms for that many peiple. I really loved this house. When we come up again i will be seeung if its available.

Perfect gathering spot

Our group of 4 couples from IN and MI met here to ride the great bike trails. The house was perfectly situated with close proximity to the Little Miami Trail. The open concept kitchen, dining, and family room was a perfect gathering space and plenty of space to spread out for sleeping with six bedrooms.
