Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, we've got everything you need to make your little ones feel right at home.

Guest Access:
Every Tiki Condo under La Copa Vacations is equipped with a digital access lock. Provide all required documents and pay all fees to receive an email with entry instructions and a unique access code. This code will automatically deactivate at 11am on your check-out date.

The Neighborhood:
Right beside Bar Louie and Beach Bar at Courtyard by Marriott, The Tiki Condominiums are perfectly located for an easy walk to South Padre Island attractions like Barry’s Bistro, On the Border Tex-Mex, and Clayton’s Beach Bar. Nearby, you can visit the Sea Turtle Conservatory and the Birding and Nature Center. Also close by are several boat docks, the Convention Center, and the kite-boarding hotspot 'the flats'.

Getting Around:
Effortlessly navigate South Padre Island with the complimentary South Padre Island Metro, providing convenient access to most areas on the island. You can also utilize the 'Park and Ride' facility located in the south of town. Moreover, Gulf Blvd. is renowned for its cyclist-friendly atmosphere, offering another convenient transportation option for your island explorations.
