We were surprised by the worn condition of the elevators and mid-tier rooms during our March 2026 stay. More off-putting was an aggressive push to upgrade room at check-in — the hotel manager appeared in person to inform us that only two upgraded rooms remained so they “needed” the revenue & could not comp...
