If we opened the windows to the pool, the Gondola going over could look right in.
It was a long walk to our room and there wasn't any help with luggage.

staff was nice but our room was facing lake tahoe blvd so very noisy. the staff said because we had booked on expedia, we couldnt change our room.

"We had a bit of a bumpy start to our stay here. Walking into the lobby, the property immediately feels dated, and you are hit with a strong, lingering smoke odor from the casino floor that leaves the entry area feeling pretty dingy and old.
Unfortunately, our first impression didn't improve when we got to our assigned room. Upon arrival, the room had a very foul odor that simply wasn't tolerable to stay in.

"My room was clean, comfortable and appeared recently remodeled with new finishes. The checking staff was quick and friendly. I did not go to the on property restaurant but the location is close to several downtown restaurants. I had an adjoining loud neighbor and only wished there was better acoustics in the separating wall. I would stay here again."
