"Room not clean, a bit dirty. A lot of dust on a floor, sink is dirty with some type of sticker stuffs…."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is really great! Our room must have had a lose pipe or vent in the wall behind the shower so it would bang on the wall alot. Once we got used to it it wasnt bad. That is my only complaint. The stay other then that was great!"

"Not a 4star property. It is all rather tired. We expected our room to be made up each day - didn’t happen. Breakfast comprised of stale pastries, sausage patties and potatoes that were barely warm and had been standing for too long. The coffee was undrinkable it was all counter service and clear your own table Not 4 star standard by any stretch of the imagination. Bed was very soft so we did not sleep well and left after breakfast today feeling nauseous "

"I had a very frustrating experience I booked through Expedia. I was charged $63 more at the hotel than what I was originally quoted, which is unacceptable. For that price, I could have stayed at Hilton instead. What’s even more concerning is that when I repeatedly asked for an explanation, no one could give me a clear or consistent answer. "The Inn was very nice. I had stayed there about 13 years ago and was happy to see that the original warm feel had not changed with their expansion. The ammendities were great with free coffee and water. Great location with the ability to walk to restaurants and shopping. "
