Kevin was a great host! Very good communication. His property was as described and fit our family perfectly. We loved the screened porch area and the backyard pool. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Fun games in the basement entertained our kids. Great location to walk to downtown for shopping and ice cream, etc. or to the beach, park, pier. Really appreciated the king size beds!
