"This property was exactly as advertised. It was on the top floor which made it very quiet and the view of the ocean was open and unobstructed. It is located close to beach access and not far from the wharf where there were many restaurants. We are glad to have found it and we recommend it to anyone who can climb 3 flights of stairs as there is no elevator. "

"The home was great, clean, cozy and well maintained. new interior, big screen TV and well equipped in a quiet neighborhood. The only suggestion I have is to put fencing all of the way to the ground in the back and side yard...the fence currently has a huge space at the bottom that my small doggy slipped under twice...had to run him down in the neighborhood and then put him on a line so he couldn't just run free... but everything else is great....thanks, and will stay here again "
