Beautiful Ocean View & path to the beach

  • Newly renovated house overlooking the ocean.

    Beds are clean and comfortable, TV and internet are available, and the view is spectacular.

    The upstairs master has a King bed and magnificent view of the ocean. It also boasts a 75” television and an adjoining bathroom.

    The second bedroom has a queen bed and a partially obstructed ocean view.

    The third bedroom has queen bed and a great view.

    There is also an activity room that includes two twin beds

    Pet Friendly. If you have a pet please let us know before you book so that we may give you an accurate quote.

    Our pet policy is as follows:
    Pet fee $25 per pet per night.
    All pets must be well-behaved. Owners are responsible for any damaged caused by their pet. Pets are not allowed to be left alone in the home unless you have brought a crate for them to stay in during those times. They are not allowed on the furniture or beds. We also kindly ask that you clean any dirt, sand, or water from their fur or paws before allowing them in the house. Please help us maintain the property, neighborhood and beach and ALWAYS pick up after your pet.

The house was beautiful. The upstairs bedroom has no curtains so it was very hot but the view was amazing! The path down to the ocean was very awesome but it was much further than I expected and a couple people in our party couldn’t make it down to the beach. Overall it was a wonderful experience

This is one of those places that is better than the pictures! Clean, comfortable with everything the four of us needed as a home base for kayaking, biking, hiking....and just sitting back and enjoying watching the surf roll in. Our host Merv was quick to respond when we made a request. The homeowner association's trail to the beach was another plus.

You won't find a better ocean view anywhere. Beautiful views from the deck, the living room and at least 2 of the bedrooms. Located just south of Newport and Yaquina Bay. Nice beach access about 50 yards down the road (south).

House was wonderful. Clean, easy to find, well equipped. A couple things to pack if you will need them, a cheese grater and body wash/bar soap for the master shower. The master bed was very comfy. View is awesome!

Wonderful stay

Great, clean, comfortable and cozy beach house with stunning views located in a quiet neighborhood. Our 4th year staying here, a wonderful place to relax and take in the ocean views.

Wonderful stay! We were there for 6 nights, had great weather, and endless fun activities near by. Really enjoyed the ocean view from the back deck and upper bedroom. Also loved the trail down to the beach, it’s a fun walk through cool trees. The house is very clean and comfortable.

The place is fabulous great view well laid out great showers will definitely tell others about it only glitch was parking we have very large diesel trucks and they are very tight in the space for cars there is ample space

Cute, clean house. The heaters for the upstairs room were a little scary. The view is wonderful. Beach access is not easy, there is a trail but it is steep. There could have been directions for the remotes in the master suite. Overall not a bad place to stay!

Holiday in April

This is a charming house with an outstanding ocean view especially from the upstairs master bedroom. We were able to enjoy many complex and yummy meals in the well stocked kitchen. We often find the kitchens in rentals very lacking but not here.Overall a wonderful stay.

Family beach trip

The ocean views and layout of this home are great. We were very comfortable other than we needed to run the dishwasher after each meal. Our family was lucky enough to see whale spouts from the living space every day! The master bedroom could use windows coverings to reduce solar heating

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The view is wonderful. We watched whales from the deck for 3 days. The telescope was fun to use with all the boats and the whales. Our only complaint is the back deck needs to be repaired.

Beautiful Oregon Coast Home

Can't beat the view

The home was perfect for our family. The layout is great with plenty of bedroom options on the main floor with two full bathrooms. The upstairs main suite is amazing. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Place!

Beautiful view in a private location. Home has been updated nicely. A nice cozy feeling living & kitchen area. Stunning views from upstairs bedroom & awesome bathroom. Nice layout for just 2 or a larger group. Our 3rd year here!
