"Rented this awesome house for my 30th birthday with my mom and a couple of friends! It was the perfect location. Make sure to walk a block to the Cosmic Pickle! And it's just a short drive to downtown. The private pool and sauna were perfect!Can't recommend this place enough. "

"We made the short trip from home to Austin and just needed a home base to explore from. Ended up spending most of our time in the pool! Jeff was so welcoming and accommodating, we will definitely be back. "

"We stayed in Austin for Memorial Day weekend in 2025. The property is very clean and everything was in working order. The beds were comfortable and the deck around the house is a great place to hang out. The house is not a large one and the third bedroom is more of a couch area than we thought it was going to be. Also, the pictures online are not visible from the house. Go for comfort and cleanliness but don't expect a view. The owner was very very accommodating and I would stay here...

"The apartment was excellent! It was clean, it had a smart TV with an hdmi cable, a USB-a charging block, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need (coffee maker, air fryer, pots, pans, cuttlery, water filter, coffee cups, wine cups, bowls and plates, etc), the bed was comfortable, there were extra blankets to sleep on the couch, which was also comfortable. The location was a short drive to the center of austin, and right next to South Lamar, which has plenty of coffee shops and...

"The place is as described in the pictures. We had some cold weather but in warm weather this place would be amazing. On the second day we had plumbing issues that flooded one of the units. They brought out plumbing and cleaning later that morning. Overall, we had a great stay and gave feedback to the property manager for the minor things that need tweaking. Oh- the mattresses are incredible!"

"Our stay at Nathan's place was very nice. The house was well stocked and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens are so soft (felt like we were sleeping on clouds). I appreciated that the lamps in the rooms were dimmable, especially for the little ones. We surprisingly enjoyed the cowboy pool, the temperature of the water was perfect after going to the cold natural water spots in Austin. The house is located near attractions and easy to get to from the freeway. "
