"First time I stayed in the seaburn inn as I stay in Sunderland a lot but from now on that’s the only place I’ll stay Staff- very helpful. Even late at night, remote broken for TV and went out their way to get me a new one. Just all round brilliant"

"Room large and comfortable, bed especially so. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast unusual that everything was warm and fresh, plates in warmer. Hotel in excellent central position. The only thing we didn't like was the fairly loud 'music' playing constantly in the breakfast area."

"The staff were nice and welcoming and the room we had was nice with a great view of the sea & pier however the bed/mattress was very uncomfortable and the extraction in the bathroom was very noisy. Unfortunately not somewhere we would stay again."

"It's a very nice hotel with plenty of charm and a really nice location. Cruise ships and other large ships come right past and it's not far of a walk to the main beach area and Pleasure Beach and was nice and quiet for our stay. Hard to fault the hotel in general. Breakfast was very nice as well. Staff were friendly. The rooms were roomy and looked nice but unfortunately the pieces didn't add up to what I had hoped for. It was a hot weekend and fortunately quiet so we could have the window...

Only downsie was that somebody had forgotten to empy the bin in the room before I got there and I had to ask for the heating to be put on as the 1st night was very cold, it did go on late in the evening on the 2nd night so all goo, but overall nice place, spot on staff and will stay again! "This hotel has a spare, modern and utilitarian vibe. Our room was well-appointed. It is located downtown within walking distance of the quay. It was a bit of a challenge after leaving the hotel, as the roads can be fairly confusing for folks not familiar with the area."
