"This place was listed as VIP with a free bottle of wine. But, it looks like they are giving a free bottle for everybody for celebrating 20 years.
Checkin - we were there at 4pm for checkin, they said the room is in inspection and will be given soon. All the people who came after us for 1.5 hours were given a room. Peak time. Only we were left waiting. We waited for 1.5 hours and just stepped out. We got a message at 5:45pm that our room was ready, came back and checked into the room.

"stayed there 8 days on multiple reservations as we were dealing with issues in our apartment and had an unpredictable schedule. Staff was great in making the check out and check in process smooth. Julia was especially outstanding in customer service, friendliness and very knowledgeable. She always has a smile on her face and her friendliness was great in a time of stress.
As mentioned before, hotel is quiet, room clean, othee guests were polite. Good convenient location. "

"The location was great and the rooms were clean. However, I stayed on the first floor and someone above me was very loud late jnto the night. I struggled to fall asleep and wasn't able to get another room until the following night. Also, the restroom next to the pool had overflowed and sewage spilled out into the walkway next to the elevator. Besides those two issues, the place was really awesome. I would recommend this hotel to others. "

"For a short overnite trip, Super 8, delivered. Dena warmly welcomed us and made all the difference after a long drive. One thing was the key card. The arrow on the key card was very small and it was hard for me to see. Small difficulty trying to unlock the door. The room had all the basics needed. The best part was the comfy bed!
