"Nasty hair everywhere, contacted the customer service number, never had anyone sent out to make it right. Never had new sheets brought to us like they promised. Nasty floors, nasty everything. Will absolutely 100% never be back. Waste of my money."

"Staff - Front Desk - Michael- VERY RUDE upon check in and each time we passed the front desk he would not say hello. Terrible attitude and customer service. This is the reason I may never return there. When I checked in, I was told that no rooms were clean nor available until 3pm. I and my son sat in the lobby 25 minutes. They put me into a dirty room when I first checked in, with holes in the sheets and the curtains, dirt on the walls and some kind of black substance that looked like mold. If you can afford not to, do not stay here."

The breakfast is better than most hotel breakfast with a good selection and very efficient and friendly staff making sure you have everything you need. I will say the gentleman who checked me in was very kind, but there was nothing else positive about this stay. So for starters all “non smoking rooms” are on second floor(smoke rises). My scrubs for work smelled like I’d been smoking all night. The towels looked used with black finger prints on them. Apparently they wash them themselves rather than using a towels service. ...

"Just don’t do it. The room smelled awful, rust in the bottom of the bathtub, mold or some sort of fungus on the floor leading to the wall, paint on the bedding, smelt like urine. Even the guy at the front desk said it will take an act of congress to get your money back from a refund. We left instantly after seeing our room. Run."
