"Was ok. Villa was nice, clean and well maintained, albeit a bit dated but they did well to modernise with upgraded TV, USB-c ports and a/c controls. Lovely grounds. Great pools. Restaurant was overpriced and food / service not great. Good location and amenities for kids."

"Great "Fil the Best" apartment overlooking a square with several restaurants. Bars & other restaurants close by. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Ordering taxis, recommending places to eat etc."

"Staff unresponsive with messages when there was an issue with the booking, unhelpful and zero communication when I was supposed to arrive in 24hrs was told it would take 72hrs for a response, was then told they would organise a refund but 15 days later this money has still not been sent. "

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tolle Aussicht – wirklich ein Highlight der Unterkunft! Auch der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert und die Anbindung war sehr gut, sodass man alles bequem erreichen konnte.
Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Ein großes Dankeschön besonders an die liebe Monika, die uns alles super erklärt hat und sehr herzlich war.
Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist allerdings, dass die...

"I stayed in this hotel with two of my friends (three of us in total). When we arrived to check in the staff were very friendly, approachable and could speak good english. They explained very clearly everthing we needed to know about the hotel. By the recepetion desk were we checked in was a small shop which was good for buying snacks and water. "Our room was not cleaned by checkin time and we were given another room. Bathroom was smelly (not just during the checkin but during the entire stay. looks like some issue in plumbing). there were no bed covers for the blankets (i dont remembering reading that we have to bring our own blanket covers). The keypad lock at the apartment door does not work, we have to always use the key only.
Somethings that were good: easy self checkin. Beach is just 50mts away. Very central and lots of options...
