"Check in was smooth. Actually got a quick tour of the facilities and where best to park. Restaurant & bar looked busy but we ordered a famous pizza close by. Located right on the water, full boat docks. Beds were comfy but older, room very clean. Super close to New Buffalo & Indians Dunes."

"The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)"

"The check in was awful. Tried to check in at 3pm, as listed. After 20 minutes of waiting, he said it would be ready at 4pm. We came back around 5pm. After another 20 minutes, he handed me a key card. No real communication, just awful all the way around. Not very clean. My son found a spoon next to the bed on the floor. Would not recommend"

"The ad says that the room slept five. When we got there, there was one king size bed, and one full bed . There were four of us guys and not too many guys want to sleep together in a full-size bed. And the staff said that the king size bed would sleep three. I don’t know too many people that sleep three in a bed. That advertising is deceptive. They didn’t offer to give us any other cots or couches or anything because they didn’t have any."

"We were staying with our pet and the room that gave us was smelling awful. It was smelling like mold and the bathroom was smelling urine. Then they changed our room and told us that the dogs would cause the smell in the room. The new room was not smelly but it was not clean. The whole room was dusty, there were drinks from previous guests in the fridge. The floors were stained in the bathroom etc.. I do not understand why they think people who travel with their pet do not deserve sanitary...

"Very cozy and felt homey. Staff was super helpful and everything was clean and tidy. Parking was convenient and everything was stocked well. Excellent stay."

"First the hotel was clean our room needed to be more clean so we requested it to be cleaned with new sheets and bedding, the stuff was extra nice when asked for our room to be cleaned again because the cleaning stuff didn’t it do a great job and I did speak to the manager and they took care it of right away, the breakfast was okay not great they ran out of food and only one person was working with the breakfast she did bring out more food tho but not great options tho , would like to see more...

"Good place to stay — simple, clean, and friendly. If you need a clean place for a night without luxury expectations, this works perfectly. The breakfast was basic, so don’t expect anything elaborate. Overall, I’m very particular about cleanliness, and I had no issues eating breakfast there, taking a shower, or sleeping comfortably in the bed. Very pleased with my stay."

"When we got there, EVERYTHING was broke, from the elevator, the pool, the hot tub, the ice machine,& the vending machines. And we paid for the amenities. And the man at the desk told us the elevator was out, we would have to take the stairs, our room would be on the 3rd floor, it only had three floors(By the way I take breathing treatments). Didn't give us any money back or ask if we would like different accommodations for the elevator being out, just told us to use the back door, & other...

"Within 10 minutes of arrival we turned the heat on and the smoke detectors started going off with no smoke in or around the room and the staff wouldn’t answer the phone and we ended up having to stay somewhere else. Extremely disappointed"
