"Wow, the perfect beach front condo. Unbelievable views, awesome property, couldn't be more happy with our stay. Everything you could possibly need is there. Only gripes would be poor water pressure, master bed a little too firm, and going up the stairs from beach is a serious workout. But this is all forgotten, and more made up for by the magnificence of this condo, and its location."

"Had a great time in this great and convenient vacation rental. Had everything we needed to make our vacation enjoyable. The kids loved how close it was to the beach and all the pools. The property manager was great to deal with and answered all our questions timely. "

"Our family of 5 vacationed here over the July 4th holiday. Plenty of spots on the beach (especially since sand was added to extend the shoreline) and Del Mar Fair fireworks were a short walk away. The property is very conveniently located on the complex, right by the entrance gate, pickleball courts, pool & jacuzzi! Beds were comfortable, shower items were appreciated and we liked having the smart TVs for casting. Plenty of info in the house binder, which came in handy when we apparently tripped...

"The house exceeded all of our expectations. The location is outstanding - right on a bluff overlooking the beach and ocean - and right between the park leading down to the beach and a set of stairs to the sand. When you enter the home, the view of the ocean through the wall of glass in the back will take your breath away - it's that awesome. Other than sleeping in the house, we spent most of our time out back on the deck, listening to the ocean waves and watching the activity on the beach...

"We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo with amazing views and sounds of crashing waves. It was just what we needed! A short walk to the beach and local restaurants and shops. Nice to have a pool and hot tub near by. Only thing we were missing was A/C upstairs, but it was cool enough most of the week to let the ocean breeze in. Thank you for opening your home to us! "
