"The staff was very unhelpful. Starting with not helping with bags or anything else. If you wanted to order anything from the restaurant you had to walk to them as they didn't pay attention to you. The food including the breakfast was one of the worst i had in Bali on my three long visits. The room had a paper thin straw wall. I could hear my neighbor like he was in my room. The shower was nice. The pool was alright. The pool towels had stains on them. The yoga was extra charge. Overall...

"We had an excellent stay at the three-bedroom villa. The house is better in reality. It is very spacious and comfortable, well furnished, and the pool area is really pleasant bordering rice fields. The property manager and staff are very helpful. The only minus is the beach, which is quite unusable due to rubbish. You can walk on the beach but you cannot really sun bath or swim. I would definitely go back. "

We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "Fist the road leading to the property is nothing short of dangerous. Save yourself the injury and either walk down and up or just don't book this place. The owner is a weird man that will try to charge you extra for everything. I asked for a pool towel and he told me it would be a $3 charge per day to use a pool towel!! The sheets had hair on them. And no cover for the blanket. You're just supposed to sleep with the same bare blanket that the rest of the previous guests slept with. The shower...

"I had a week of very quiet restful vacation. I wanted sun, warm ocean water to dip on and cold beer. Got this basic. There was a pool table to while away some time. And I got to do some surf fishing as well. So all fine with me. The property is quite remote - around 2 hours from Denpasar airport. You get quiet but no party. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The property was clean and comfortable. Food choice from the kitchen is adequate. Overall a good value for your money."
