"We were in Rotterdam for the NorthSeaJazz festival weekend and had a really pleasant day at the Art Hotel. It is very convenient to the subway stop and there are restaurants within walking distance. It is just one stop from the Ahoy theater where the jazz festival took place. The hotel is located a quick train ride from the Rotterdam Central and we also took transportation from there to visit The Hague, which was a nice bonus trip. "Unsere Erfahrung im Leonardo Hotel Papendrecht war leider enttäuschend. Bereits der Empfang wirkte unfreundlich und lustlos. Auf Nachfrage wurde nicht wirklich hilfsbereit reagiert, sondern eher patzig.
Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und die Dusche. Besonders die Regendusche war sehr gut. Das waren für uns die positiven Punkte. Allerdings wirkte das Mobiliar etwas veraltet, und die Kaffeemaschine war defekt. Es gab zwar eine Minibar, die Getränke waren jedoch nur gegen Bezahlung...

"I sustained an injury upon arriving in Rotterdam, so I headed straight to the hotel from the hospital to check in. I am sincerely grateful for the care and consideration shown to me during my stay. The staff's wonderful hospitality and the clean, comfortable room were outstanding. When I visit Rotterdam again after recovering from my injury, I would definitely love to stay here once more. "Stayed for two nights in a double room with AC. The room was quite spacious and clean, with a nespersso coffee machine and a kettle. A small fridge would have been nice to have.
Location was fantastic. Our room had a window onto the square which was quite lively at night, but with the AC on we could close the windows so it wasn't bad. There is a supermarket close by and was about a 10 kin walk from the train station. Beautiful city 💙"

"We arrived in Rotterdam on one of the hottest days in Europe. The reception was very friendly and even in the heat they were real troopers. (Note: No air conditioning in the lobby but really good air in the rooms). The hotel is right next to the cruise terminal and very handy if you are catching a cruise ship."
