"This place was amazing!! They have absolutely Everything you could possibly need right down to the snacks n drinks. Outside was just as nice from the firepit, to the hottub. Great location as well. "This was a good trip. Is very close to marina and boat ramp. I don't think they could fit 2 renters in the parking lot, but accommodated us just fine. Was nice to have some basic kitchen items. We ate fish the first night there. Really didn't have any complaints. Was a great place to stay and affordable. Thanks"

"The home was a perfect place to meet with friends who live far away to connect for a weekend. We intended on attending tater day festivities but they ended up being cancelled due to the monsoon level rain and storms that happened over many days. We were comfortable and safe and the home was cozy and had everything we needed to hang at the house. If the weather had been nicer, it would have been an awesome spot to enjoy being outdoors so close to the lake. Overall, the space was perfect for what...

"At first we were a little apprehensive about the A/C (window unit in the living room), but it kept the house and cool. The driveway is a little ruff, but we have a truck, and the other couple has a Jeep, so it was fine. The house was very clean, and you cant beat the view! It is also close to shopping, and Land Between The Lakes recreational area. We had a wonderful time, and will definitely be looking at staying there again in the future."

"Nate’s property was up-to-date and nicely decorated. It was clean, well-stocked with amenities and linens. Beds were comfortable, too. We felt very safe, as the property was in a nice residential neighborhood. Entry way was well-lit and check-in procedures were detailed and easy to understand. Our only regret is that we didn’t have time to enjoy the patio and fire pit!"

"The property is spacious and clean and the manager was prompt in all communication. And the location is very convenient to the Patti's 1880's Settlement. However, the furniture in the unit is cheap (some of it needs to be thrown away) as are the kitchen tools and tableware. Also, the garage is congested with the owner's junk."

"This was a charming apartment in an old house. It had some imperfections, but most added fun character. Parking was easy and lock codes were provided before our arrival and worked. The stairs are not ideal, but worked for our family. There are long-term residents in the other apartments, but our interactions with them were good and minimal. We were visiting for a funeral and booked our stay last-minute and appreciated the ability for that. The host is very quick to respond. We did have an issue...
