"Clean room and friendly helpful staff. Only thing missing was a hairdryer in the room. Everything else was perfect. "

"The whole building is under renovation, there is no breakfast, the towels in the room are dirty, you can't get extra towels, you can't use the microwave in the room, it was the worst hotel in my experience."

"Cold weather, hvac kept room comfortable. There was only two kleenex in the box, Room was not up to Holiday Inn Express standard, but the pillows and mattresses were excellent. Breakfast adequate, but less than expected."

"This sheets were dirty and the room had a broken dresser and just wasn’t what you expect for the amount of money I paid. Bathroom had mold in it and no exhaust fan, the shampoo and conditioner you could tell was old. Just not overall a great experience. "

"The window to out side had a tarp on its one of the beds had dirt very visible on the sheets, so only used one of the beds. Radio was so sticky, did not want to set alarm, also wal mounted hair drier was just laying on the sink. "

"There were some coffee or cola splashed on the wall by the bed, and foot prints in the mix.. like the cola had fallen off of something and splattered. There were long dark hairs in the bathtub and I have blonde hair. There were some blood spots on the wall in the bathroom. I reported to the desk at discharge and the girl at the desk said she’d report it. As I was walking out she was relaying it to the housekeeping supervisor, which she had told me she would do… and both had a good laugh about...

"Desk chair was busted. Management didn’t clear the snow away from the front of the building! Had to drag suitcase through snow piles to get to room. Will I stay here again? NO!! And I would suggest others stay away also! "
