"Not clean. Had oily residue on counters and headrest. Breakfast not good at all , no staff help. Not too much seating for Breakfast staff amazing very friendly, smile on their faces. just hotel needs work in improving cleanliness(elevator also dirty). Overall not worth what I paid."

"Visiting Galveston for the first time and decided to stay at this hotel as it was close to all of our planned excursions. We had a problem with the shower curtain smelling VERY musty so we called the front desk for about 15 minutes with no answer. Finally had to just go down and ask for a new one which they gave us but it made us feel like the rooms weren’t being cleaned thoroughly. We also found old flower petals under the sink from a past guest. The elevators were broken all weekend so waiting...

"When we arrived there was no one at the desk for 10-15min. The gentleman came back and was not very friendly. The closest door in our room was broken. We could not open it to take out the iron. I had to go downstairs to have the receptionist walk me to another room to take out iron and ironing board. When we went to dinner and came back there was absolutely no parking. We along with many others had to park in the fire lane. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We would not rent here...

"I really wanted to like this property as we were to stay only for one night. I inspected the bed which is something I do with every visit and noticed a strange stain on the pillow that you could clearly see through the pillow case. Removed the pillow case and it was a huge mold spot that was on the actual pillow. They did exchange that pillow. Next, I inspect the lounge chair that is in the room and there’s a huge mold spot on the seat as if people that were wearing wet shorts, consistently...

"Clean towels had black marks all over them, we were not provided blankets. We only had a sheet. 2 of the 3 lamps were missing covers, bathtub had cracks, bathroom fan cover missing with parts covered in dust. $81 a night was the only positive"

"Not only was I put in a room with bed bugs, but then moved to another room also with bed bugs needless to say I will not be coming back to this place ever not recommended."
