"We stayed here for 5 days and from the time we walked in everything was great and the staff was so helpful! Especially the gentleman at the desk Moe!
From getting us a rollaway bed, to giving recommendations when it rained and we had to pivot our plans. He was so personably and truly cared about us as guests!
House keeping was wonderful and we especially loved the breakfast! Lots of options and even gluten free for my son who has celiac disease! They had GF bagels,muffins and all! Coffee was...

"The decor is mid 80's. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The outdoor furniture could have been more comfortable- we did not sit out on the deck for this reason. Breakfast options were sugary, but we enjoyed coming home to cookies in the lobby. Pleasant ride to Narragansett."

"The room was tired and not very clean. The bathroom had hair in the tub and grunge along the caulk as did the floor.
The sink top and walls of the tub were an unfortunate choice of material that had red streaks on a beige surface reminding one of smeared blood. Altogether it felt like if the room was fully exposed to sunlight it would burst into flames."

"The room was clean and staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was not impressive. Without a kitchen I am guessing all food was prepared and dishes and utensils were one use only which adds to trash and should be reusable. The food was ok. Not enough options or fruit. The coffee was extremely bitter and not very good. Also no ice machines in the building. I was given a bag of ice which I kept in room's freezer. Overall the breakfast was not good and properly would be better off buying...

"TV —— did not have 2 channels in the rooms (ABC and FOX). Had to go down ti\o the conference room to watch the NBA finals.
Breakfast was on time and excellent. The area was kept clean and offerings were kept up so that they were never out.
Had limited room service over the weekend. Only had towels replaced."
