"Hotel is good, great service, however, they closed the bathrooms in the lobby to clean them for about 20 minutes per male/female side at the busiest time. During breakfast. If you had dropped off your key post check out you were stuck waiting for the cleaner to finish before you could leave. This is NOT a good system. Cleaning the bathrooms in the afternoon when the public areas are not in a lot of use would be better."

"This is a beautiful, new and modern Hilton. Staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed at Hilton on Mayo campus for ease of getting to appointment. You can leave your car parked at hotel and the free shuttle takes you right to the door of any Mayo building you need dropped off at. Saves time on looking for parking and walking to building for appointment. They have a bar if you choose to visit. A gorgeous outdoor pool. A wonderful breakfast for an additional cost, if wanting breakfast. Well...

"We got this property because we could take our small dog. They do amazing with that and our room was big and spacious. We had more than enough room for our baby’s pack n play. The biggest downside was this hotel did not have hot water for our baby’s shower or any shower during our stay. It was difficult to give our baby a bath here. We were also under the impression we would get a bathtub but we got a shower. Other than this hiccup, it was a good stay and it was clean. "

"I don’t know how a hotel on a beach has one single bathroom hook for all towels, including hand towels and swim suits, etc. No balcony to hang dry towels and swim suits either. Rooms and bathroom are small. Beds have mattress pads so I’m guessing the mattresses are old, they weren’t super uncomfortable, but weren’t particularly comfortable either.
