"The staff was very friendly and helpful!! It was great to have a clean comfortable place to stay. Plenty of good places to eat nearby! Whether on a fun family trip, going to the beach, or in town for a Mayo Clinic appt, I’d highly recommend this hotel!!"

"While the property was nice, the desk manager that we encountered was so incredibly rude, condescending and unprofessional, gave us the absolute runaround and would not allow us to check in at 3:20pm when check-in is at 3. He stated our room was not ready, he had no idea when it would be ready, and would not give an inkling as to when we should return to check in. My family, including active military back stateside from overseas, planned a nice weekend at the beach… which was ruined by the staff...

"very clean with wonderful ocean front room and great service. Parking fee charged but no valet and beach /pool towels have to be signed out and are threadbare. There are also no beach chairs/umbrellas provided by hotel- they must be e rented from a concession and cannot be charged to your room. Minor inconveniences but surprising for a beachfront hotel. Overall, a nice stay"

"I looked for cheap, and you get what pay for. Admittedly, the hotel is a 101 year old classic with charm and management is giving the place a few upgrades, but the property could use full renovation. Rooms, HVAC and plumbing are dated, complete w cockroaches."

"You lost this property as a “3 minute walk” from Kathryn Abby Hanna park. For this reason several family members booked our rooms here to attend an all day event at that park so that we could have easy access to get a break from the sun, nap children, walkable for handicapped members of our family. Upon arrival we found it to be a 35-40 walk. Not only did we pay more than needed for a room in this area, we added several Uber fees to transport our family groups to the event since we could not...
