"We enjoyed our stay in a bus.
The location is beautiful located just next to a fjeld, and it just looked stunning.
We slept 4 in the bus, and used the shared toilets and showers.
It is an easy short car ride from Reykjavik, and we also did a daytrip through the golden circle from here.
The campsite has cats and chicken, and we enjoyed their “visits”.
We spend two nights, and would probably feel it was too small for more days, but for a short stay, it was very nice. And it truly is a unique...

"Great home to stay in! It was very clean and had all necessary cooking supplies, bedding, towels, etc. The owners provided excellent details for locating and accessing the property. We found this rental when we had a change in our plans while already in Iceland and would've loved to stay here longer. Definitely on our list for another trip!"

"Ein ganz besonderer Ort – schlicht, ruhig und wunderbar echt. Genau das, was man manchmal braucht, um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Alles war liebevoll gestaltet, sauber und gemütlich, ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack. Die Lage ist perfekt: abseits vom Trubel, umgeben von Stille, und trotzdem nah genug, um schnell mitten im Geschehen zu sein. Man spürt hier eine besondere Ruhe und Einfachheit, die sofort gut tut. Ein Ort, an den man gerne wieder zurückkehrt.Danke dafür."

"Beautiful house! Clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were so nice with great communication…helped a lost cat that showed up find its owner…we LOVE cats..so this was so nice that they also love cats and helped reunite the lost cat with its family. Saw the northern lights all four nights. Great location…would definitely stay again!!"
