"The hotel was beautiful and in an area that is gated and quiet. The front desk staff are the rudest people I have ever met. Be prepared to be talked to like you’re dumb. The valet staff is amazing and courteous. Front desk needs tons of training. "

"All in all it was a good stay despite some of the minor issues that can be fixed with some training and maintenance requests. The elevator was extremely slow, and having one ice machine for the entire hotel was something that needs to be addressed immediately. The hotel upkeep was ultimately great. The hotels also ask for how many people would be in my stay but didn’t accommodate all people initially with sheets blankets pillows and extra towels. "The room floor is as dirty when we arrived tha our socks were black. We asked for it to be cleaned the housekeeper said no she was done. There was no cable our entire stay. They did not clean the rooms or have clean towels. Tried making a complaint but I was told to speak with Maureen but she impossible to reach. This is unacceptable! Do not stay here!!!"

"It’s 2400 acres of a resort with a tram almost every 20 mins from several spots throughout. They keep you sorted in every weather and with any vibe from relaxing to sporty to good fun! "

"The grounds are gorgeous. The entire building itself was a little difficult to navigate. When in the parking garage we had no clue where to go into the building at. Then there was no desk or anyone around to get directions from. We got there pretty late and then the code didn’t work to get in the room. We texted the number that you gave us and they were quick to get back to us so that was great. "

Nothing was done to accommodate us we had to drive 40 mins from this location NOTHING was available for late night arrivals. Terrible customer service no accountability just oh well. We drove 5 hours to be sent away. "
