"Everything was exceptional. The only obvious issue is the amount of walkers in the area (which is not their fault but I would suggest maybe a gated parking lot at night.) As well the elevator was in kind of a rough state, shifting quite hard"

"This is the only hotel that I have stayed at in the last 10 years that took the time to call your room about 15 minutes after check in to see if everything was good and if you needed help with anything. As it was, the TV was being a bit difficult and went into a software update that we didn't know what to do with. A gentleman came up immediately and waited til it was all done and installed it for us. While waiting, he gave great tips for places to go, where they were and restaurants. Couldn't...

"The pool was very dated and looked dirty. The water slide did not have any water flowing through it making it difficult for kids to get down. Everything needs a deep cleaning including the shower in the room. There wasn’t much to choose from in the breakfast. Definitely not worth the money it costs."

"Breakfast was excellent with good healthy choices. There was no shampoo so I interrupted my shower to go back to my bag and get my own. Bed was exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean and crisp. Admission clerk was excellent but morning staff were struggling. In fairness they were overworked. Great value for what I received."

"The staff was very helpful. They were able to place us in a room that according to the hotel front desk person has never had an animal in that room. My husband has bad allergies to animals. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good and organized. The employee at breakfast took care to assist people and keep all the food containers full and clean. We did not use the pool/hot tub but the pool looked very nice. Thank you."

"This was a nice option but could use some upgrades. It was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and the Waterpark would be a great bonus if traveling with small children. It would have been very helpful to have a continental breakfast."

"This was not a comfortable place to stay. It felt old and uncared for, and they only had a thin wool blanket on the bed, and three small pillows (1/2 size) for 2 people. Staff were friendly and customer service was good."
