"We enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach Condos. It was clean and comfortable. We had a couple of issues during our stay and I contacted Dean and he handled them as quickly as possible. Great location. Our stay was very peaceful and quite. The property was quite nice also. Stay Left!!!!"

We planned our trip in May, rather than July, to try to avoid seagrass, but unfortunately there was lots of seagrass on the beach & in the water. The property staff would rake it & then load it into a huge roll off dumpster that was very close to this condo and the smell was very bad. One day we had no water in the condo & did not have any notice that it was being turned off and there was a contractor working...

"The property was exactly as the photos show-gorgeous views of the Caribbean!! It was clean, beds were very firm but we slept great on them! The only reason for 4 stars and not 5, there was an issue with the front door not locking, but reached out to Joseph and he responded quickly but the door was not fixed during our stay. "The property ground & atmosphere were great. The bar and restaurant were a nice touch and convenient. The Bungalow however was very disappointing. The bed and pillows were the worst we have ever encountered & the bed springs were excessively loud. Description of room showed night stands, listed a coffee pot, and other items.
