This amazing studio is completely renovated with luxe finishes, you will love it!

Brand new kitchen with high end cabinets and quartz counters, plus all new kitchenware to include pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, plates, wine glasses and much more. The bathroom in this luxe studio includes a gorgeous shower, vanity and quartz top as well. You'll sleep on a brand new mattress, hang your clothes in the beautifully tiled stone closet, watch the 50" TV from the new sofa, but only if you aren't sitting on the balcony enjoying those amazing island views!

The Pool and Hot Tub:
These are just a few hundred steps from your door, so you can hang at the pool or in the hot tub when you don't want to hit one of the great beaches.

Location, Location, Location:
This luxe oceanfront condo is minutes from downtown Christiansted and centrally located so you can hit all the best beaches. We do provide guests with a robust info packet with details including how to enjoy a day at Buck Island, the beach at Hotel on the Cay, Cane Bay beach, Rainbow beach and more. Great stay!

Shawn was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. He provided a lot of details up front. The unit is exactly as listed and the complex is nicely maintained. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. Both were clean. Great location from which to venture out. Don’t hesitate to book this property. You will enjoy it.

Great home base to explore

We had a great experience, really appreciate the communication of the owner. There is a nice beach on site to do some snorkeling. it does have a lot of seaweed but staff clean the beach and there are beach palapas to use with chairs.Condo is nice, clean, and recently updated. It is quiet, well maintained property with a security guard at night for vehicles, not that we saw the need but does seem to be the practice to have one on the island.Condo is a nice central location to use to explore the entire island.

The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. It is a ways from businesses and tourist attractions. Be sure to rent a car! The beach was awesome, but we were disappointed that the restaurant had closed a few days before we checked in. The new air conditioner worked great!

Great stay!

The condo was perfect for two people. It was updated and looked just like the pictures. Booking with Shawn was easy and he even sent a lot of great information! Ocean view was great as well. We liked the location, it was just far enough from town that it was quiet but close enough to take a short drive in. Also not far from any other part of the island. The only problem we had was finding the complex itself. We used the address listed and it brought us to the first of four condo complexes. I reached out to Shawn and he responded quickly. From then on we used Club St. Croix when putting it in the gps. Pool and beach area were great.Thanks Shawn! We had a great experience!

Great studio in central location

Clean, comfortable studio with good kitchen. Nice facilities and quiet beach. Less than a half hour to sights anywhere on island and near several grocery stores and restaurants. We will visit again!

Perfect get away

My boyfriend and I needed a get away that was within distance of everything. The kitchenette was also perfect for days we didn’t want to go out. Would recommend to bring your significant other.

Honeymoon Getaway!

Fun in the Sun!

Property grounds were as advertised and expected. Nicely maintained with direct beach access and dedicated sun shades and lounges. A little seaweed (sargassum) but certainly not enough to be unpleasant. Enjoyed our time on the beach in the evenings. Unit itself was also as advertised. Decent location, close to Christiansted, grocery stores and gas. Small, but perfect for two and nicely renovated (almost like new). Plenty of snorkel gear in the unit, used it on a day trip to Buck island. Shawn (host) reached out immediately after booking and was very responsive to answering any questions we had prior to arrival. The on site restaurant (Le Cuisinier) was very good, great service even though we came in 2 minutes before they were closing one evening. They took good care of us! Would stay here again without question, really enjoyed it!

We spent 2 weeks on this beautiful island. The condo location is great & owner Shawn was very quick to respond to texts questions. The bathroom & kitchen have been newly renovated as described & are very nice. The major fault with the unit is the horrible bed & the reason it’s not a 5 rating. The bedding is so worn & frayed that the bottom sheet & mattress pad all come loose every night and end up in a big wad in the middle of the mattress. The bed creaks like an old floor that even ear plugs can’t drowned out. My husband & I are small people, but larger folks would have a very difficult time finding any comfort at all on this mattress. Of lesser note, there are no measuring cups in the kitchen, only one small saucepan, the can opener doesn’t work & there are no freezer glasses as noted in the info materials. No dish soap was provided, only for the dishwasher & no condiments available - even salt & pepper. There are two beach chairs provided but one is rusted through & broken. We travel with our own snorkeling gear but there are many sets provided in the unit. The checkout process is wonderful!! The cleaning fee charged actually provides the cleaning & you just lockup & return the key to the office. Most other VRBO rentals we’ve done charge the fee but expect you to do the majority of the cleaning before you depart. We’d definitely visit again & will recommend the unit to friends & family but only with a bed update.

The property was a good size for just the 2 of us. The owner and property manager were responsive to our needs/requests. The unit was decorated nicely and we appreciated the snorkeling available for our use. We were disappointed to find the onsite restaurant closed for maintenance during our trip.
