No bath despite the room being described as “perfect for families”. Obviously never tried to shower two babies. "The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious but not very clean. There were a few items that were missed. For example a cobweb that was left in the doorway. Some socks and food left behind by previous guests. However, the hotel is located a short walk from a key tram stop and was near several food places. I would say overall we had a good stay and it worked well for our family."

"We decided to stay an extra night last minutely and the staff was super helpful in rearranging on their side to make sure we could stay the extra night without needing to change rooms and go through the hassle of checking out / checking in again. Room itself was quaint and cute, spacious and of the aesthetic of their brand. The only odd thing was there’s no shower curtain in our room despite there being a shower head; not an issue just a note :) Would definitely stay here again, loved walking...

"Property is in great location 10-15 walk from main areas on a canal. It's a great walk into town to see some neighborhoods you otherwise wouldn't. The breakfast was great, staff very helpful and attentive. Room was by far the largest we had on entire Belgian/Netherlands trip. Highly recommend this property."
