"We chose this hotel mostly as it was so easy to get to and from the airport with luggage :-) - the trade off being it's an hour or so on the MTR into town
The room was very good - spacious, comfortable, clean and everything worked. They're a bit stingy on the quality and quantity of the in room tea and coffee supplies and the towels could be bigger but that's about the only criticisms I'd level.

"Had a great time and especially the morning house keeper Mei Ling. I dunno if I spelled it correctly but she is a ray of sunshine! She is a keeper! She loves what she does and she is kind to us. The buffet was spectacular but one of our companions slipped on the floor and was not offered any compensation but a bag of cold compress. The pool is good, the staff at the resto were attentive. The the Tarik guy is A+ also the guy who was serving koi roti."

"I stayed for a week and could’ve stayed another! Such a great location, spotless, hip, and friendly staff with delicious food at diner, at the pool, and the restaurant. The room had modern equipment and the beds were super comfy. Zero noise from outside. Key staff were: SuSu in the restaurant, Tom out at the pool bar, and Tasha who gave the Thursday tour from the Standard bus! She was so fun and adorable! Honestly i will come back to Singapore to stay at this hotel because it was just so easy...

"We had an excellent stay at this hotel for our overnight stop over. Although it was a little distant from the airport this was made easy with the free shuttle service. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was fantastic and well priced. Thank you for looking after us!"

"Always a reliable option, our stay at the Fullerton Hotel did not disappoint. Our spacious room was impeccably clean and the amenities supplied were of a very high standard. The hotel is situated in a great area, not far from Marina Bay and very close to Raffles Place MRT which was super handy. The breakfast was extensive as well. Overall, a fabulous stay and will hopefully return again soon"

"The staff were really accomodating and thoughtful. We mentioned we had a late flight the night before checking out and they allowed us a late checkout complimentary, which was really gracious and thoughtful, and a reason we'd choose this hotel again.
In addition, the room was excellent and clean. The meals were outstanding.
One area for improvement is the hotel coffee, which is isn't great. This would round off the entire experience and elevate the hotel over any other. Staff weren't too sure...
