"I wanted a quiet spot to reconnect with self and nature, and this place not disappoint. The scenery and river view were fantastic for meditation and day dreaming. The cabin was cozy and clean. The stair case up to the bed was a really tight squeeze, so I left most of my belongings downstairs. Bring wood to make a fire. I was fortunate enough somone left a few pieces behind. I look forward to returning again!"

"This is such a charming cabin. In a town that is nestled in the midst of the cascades. The river rushing by right outside makes for a lovely dining ambiance if you crack a window open in the sunroom. And the view from the hot tub is just beautiful. Was a little bummed we weren't able to see the strawberry moon, was a little too cloudy and tucked behind a mountain. But with how beautiful the rest of the town and cabin was we didn't feel that bad about missing it. I 100% would recommend this place...

"The home is in a beautiful location with the sound of the river, made it relaxing and tranquil Are group fished five days straight for the elusive steelhead with fly rods and hand tied flies a lot of preparation for these elusive majestic creatures returning from the sea. "We stayed for our 6th year wedding anniversary. Quaint and cozy space, it was a delight to just unwind Highly recommend leaving the windows open as the constant roar of the river is so calming. Great cooking space, as it was open and made the place feel more spacious. Hot tub is grand."

"It was a little too cold at night to sleep with the windows open to listen to the river as we slept but the rain on the roof made up for that. The only bad nights sleep was when we thought we needed to set our alarm to wake up early. We never set the alarm the rest of our stay. The neighbors to the left put up a no trespassing sign so we couldn’t walk along the river back and that was sad for us. But the home was great. Would definitely rent this home again. "

"The picture of the mountains from the deck sold this place to me, and the reality has not disappointed. Gorgeous views, quite gated place, clean cabin with new appliances. We spent wonderful 9 days here, and now it has become my dream to have a summer house like this one day"

"Our family spent a full week at this property and overall had a great experience. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the helpful email beforehand with directions and info about cell coverage. The location is stunning — the yard is well maintained, river access was excellent, and we really enjoyed using the fire pit in the evenings. "The house was beautiful, it everything we needed (well almost we couldn't find scissors). Oh WOW all the decorations, the two days we were there we saw new stuff. The hot tub was just what we needed after our long truck there. Down stairs bedroom bed was comfy. We were able to make the hike down to the water. It was a little pokey (all the vines and ferns oh and low branches, hahah) but it was a fun and worth while hike. Thank you "

"The property is wonderful. The views are great and it is nice to be so close to the river. The landscaping is also really pretty. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need. Though the house itself is a little run down, it is very comfortable and inviting. The biggest issue we had was that the water sometimes came out in only a little more than a trickle, making it harder to wash dishes, shower, etc. It did always work though, so as long as you have some patience for that...

"We had a last minute change of plans and were able to secure this lovely property for a two night stay. It was a quiet and relaxing place to be. The kitchen was adequately stocked with spices and such. The hot tub was wonderful. Access to the river was easy - fun to go sit by the river and just watch the water rush by. Check in was easy. We were a little concerned about the gate, but that whole process was a breeze. All in all a perfect time. "

"this property completely live up to our expectations. The view of the river was gorgeous along with having the hot tub on the balcony. We were separated from this towns, but still very close and you just very much felt in nature and it is exactly what it states as a quiet, riverside getaway."
