"Comfortable cozy rooms with spacoius bathrooms. Clean, beautiful with fresh free following air. Service was amazing. I got fast a quick response from management. Our host Vince was always a text or phone call away ,to make sure we experience a comfortable stay. The food made to order by chef and house keeping Ms. Althea was delicious 😋. We were served local cuisine. Location is super convenient, with just 10 minutes drive to the airport. Close to a major shopping center hub in harbor view....

"After a handful of stays here, this definitely feels like a home away from home. If you're looking for a traditional hotel experience with typical hotel amenities, this may not be the spt for you (although it still may be - they have god wifi, TVs, a proper full kitchen, a pool and an onsite restaurant), but I will stay here every time I visit the Kingston area due to the good energy, friendly communication, beautiful property and location, the yummy breakfast - and the proximity to the things I...

"I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. "Best value for money in Kingston. Safe, clean apartment with everything you need for self-catering and great air-conditioning and wi-fi. So close to the US Embassy, our trip went smoothly. Only issue is that check-in is very late and check-out is very early."

"Wow, we rented this accommodations for Jamaica carnival and was very lucky. It was 5 minutes away from the Bob Marley Museum. 10 minutes from Devon house, the best ice-cream in Jamaica. It was very centrally located where we weren't far from anything. The unit itself is spotless and clean. It was a very well kept unit. QUICK callout to please call them 72 hours in advance to give them the heads up that you're checking in. That was the only quirky step. The unit also had a washer and dryer. "

"The villa itself is very nice and comfortable. Felt like a home away from home. The views are spectacular! The property manager Marjorie was such a pleasure, she made us feel so welcome and at home. She saw to our every need. Brenda our chef was good, anything we wanted she served and even accommodated special diets. We will definitely go to Heaven Villa again!"
