"Spacious clean room"

"Our experience on April 13th was very disappointing. After a long trip, we arrived expecting a comfortable and ready room, but unfortunately, that was not the case. When we first entered our room, we found the bathroom floor flooded due to a leak under the sink. We returned to the front desk, and the staff member kindly assisted us by assigning a second room. However, that room did not have a refrigerator, even though our booking clearly indicated that one was included. We had perishable food...

"Not the cleanest atmosphere"

"Newly remodeled and updated. One of the light fixtures didn’t work in the bathroom, which was annoying. Also the back door wouldn’t work with key cards. The person at the front desk ran over when they could hear us trying to get in. Would totally stay again."

"Double charged and still not fixed"

"We did not eat the breakfast as we were just there so we could get in a very early flight. Parking was good. We were able to keep our car there while we were out of the country for $5 a day. Our car was safe and we had no issues. Staff was all very nice and our rooms were clean and comfortable!"

"Horrible. you can tell they tried to keep me clean, but that’s just a cover-up. The whole building needs exterminating. I bought pizza and set it on the dresser for 30 minutes and all kinds of insects came out ants roaches."

"Room was really clean I like the modern look . Bathrooms had lots of space very nice and clean with a modern bathroom look. WiFi had a few issues but was resolved. The staff were excellent great value for money. "

"From my husband: Wonderful experience. Wife and I needed to stay an extra night and our original hotel was booked full. After a miserable find at a different location, my wife found this gem. It's off the beaten path, yet still close enough to enjoy Omaha to your heart's desire. It feels safe, with its premises fenced off. Rooms are cozy. Bathroom mirror was new to us! Be able to change the background lighting shades and change the mirrors output to either warm or cool. We're guessing this...

"This is one of the worst days ever had. The room was misrepresented by both Expedia and the hotel website itself. I would expect more from a supposedly three star hotel. I asked for food delivery as I was bedridden and denied. There was construction outside the entire day that I was there for rest. I gave it two stars because it had a hot tub. I have pictures if anyone needs to see them."
