"The reception staff was bright and caring and ready to assist with all our needs.
The only down side was that there was nothing in our room to tell us where to eat or best places to eat close to the accomodation.
Other than that I would stay there again if I needed to be in that area."

"We were on a stay-cay in Brisbane for several days to attend appointments. We chose this property mainly on location - near public transport and all the shops we required. It did not disappoint in this regard, and I would definately recommend the property if location is the main concern.
On the whole, our stay was good, and the room we had was perfect for our requirements. However, it was quite run down - stains on the carpet and bedding (including the fabric bedhead), chips out of the paint,...

"Found it difficult to find the entrance to the hotel - kind of tricky to get to and parking is not for cars bigger than a hatchback. Was a very tight squeeze for my SUV. Not a bad location for access to Southbank, arts centre etc. staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a bit run down - lots of space and kitchen/laundry were great, but bedroom and bathroom could use a touch up. Good for a cheap simple stay if you need the space."
