Genting Hotel & Spa at Resorts World Birmingham
"Nice hotel but the location is not ideal, parking is far and have to validate parking each time you use your car then have to show proof each time you have paid, with luggage have to walk through shopping center to get to hotel spa was busy and pool was freezing cold. I will not be using this hotel ..."

"The room wasn’t the cleanest, it had no bin liners for the bins the shower wasn’t very clean, the bed was rock hard and no fridge in the room, the restaurant had limited options which was hard as there wasn’t anything around the hotel"
