"Paid parking Coffee machine broken"

"Check in was great- Sam was extremely helpful... He was exceptional at his job!! Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was great. Pool area was quite warm, but pool was chilly. Didn't get to use hot tub do to couple using it for sex- maybe some cameras in area would be a good idea. Definite bummer after the cold pool. Also a clock in pool area would be nice. Parking was good."

"Use the on site TSA and use the skyway to go directly to the airport."

"Do not stay here - the extra door lock is a chain that could easily be broken into. The site reeks of cigarette smoke and the rooms are in desperate need of upgrades - wall air/heating units don’t have a cord to plug in, toilets don’t flush, etc."

"ROACH INFESTED! The guy at the desk acted as if he knew and immediately refunded me. I saw them within 5 minutes of entering the room, I went pee and left. Absolutely disgusting. On top of this the bathroom door had a couple holes in it. Wouldn’t recommend."

"Beds were too hard, rooms were clean but needed repair, cost was way more than it was worth."

"My room was dirty. The carpet had stains, there was mold, the sheets had stains and holes. I didn’t use the jacuzzi the room came with because there were dirty streaks in it. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The towels had stains on them. The cabinets had broken doors."

"It was clean enough, and the price was great. The person at the desk was very helpful. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights each. One room had been updated and was nice. One had clearly not been updated and was rather dated- it also smelled like musty smoke. Be sure to ask about housekeeping, as they must not clean rooms or bring new towels unless you ask. Don't bother with "breakfast". Just a couple of toasters and bread or thawed out waffles. Overall, you get what you pay for."

"The floor was wet when I got there the bathroom sink was clogged and the curtains were dirty had trouble connecting to internet other then that everything was okay very friendly staff"

"The atmosphere was awesome, very decorative and very well kept. One girl at the front desk named Patrick was awesome! He brought me a remote for my room and he even brought me a space heater b/c I was cold. The down side is they don’t have a microwave in the rooms nor do they have ice on the floors. Other than that it was great! I live that they had a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you places though. Overall it was a good stay."

"First of all, I would like to say thank u to the lady at the front desk that allowed us for late check out. The place was beautiful! Had a good selection for breakfast. Everything in the room was clean the only complaint I had was every time the toliet was flush, it did not flush. My husband had to take off the lid and fix something then it would flush. I would stay here again."
