"I was not pleased with the additional cost ($50.00) from this hotel above the price of Expedia. there is a small lot behind the hotel to park while checking in, no signage of how to get there so you have to park in a garage $10.00 then the hotel charged additional $29.00 to park overnight. later i found that the hospital one block away only charges $5.00 for the blue parking ramp. with the additional charges added, this was not a good deal."

"This is such a great spot and location. I have stayed here about 5 times since the fall. In that time, the small restaurant/bar on the first floor has been a lovely environment, but often lacking a number of items on the menu. Breakfast, on the other hand, is substantial and full - the breakfast is very good."

"The first room I stayed in had definitely been heavily smoked in. The one I was moved to was very noisy. Every time the ventilation system cycled, the cabinets would rattle. Could also hear noise from office in floor below. This was in the suites."

"Well for one when we arrived to check-in we found out that they ONLY HAVE VALET PARKING. After driving from Tennessee. 17 hour drive. This was not disclosed in our reservation which was ($40) a day. Which we made a 8 day reservation. Not to many choices are as far as working around that. The hotel was beautiful but,We do believe the pool could've definitely been bigger its 3 1/2 foot deep pool and about and probably about a 5,000 gallin pool gove or take. The max occupancy is 12 people. Also...

"Check in was great- Sam was extremely helpful... He was exceptional at his job!! Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was great. Pool area was quite warm, but pool was chilly. Didn't get to use hot tub do to couple using it for sex- maybe some cameras in area would be a good idea. Definite bummer after the cold pool. Also a clock in pool area would be nice. Parking was good."

We were on the 9th floor and the we heard them partying all through midnight. Hotel is a place for us to rest and to have some quiet time, not having to hear music all night. We will not be back at this location. First and last, as there's no respect for the guests who paid for a place that's suppose to allow guest to rest, but that did not...
