Our 2300+ sq ft home is cozy enough for 1 family to enjoy...yet large enough to be enjoyed with 1-2 additional families. We take great pride in providing our guests with a beautifully decorated and incredibly well-maintained home that is appointed with everything you will need for a wonderful stay!

We are located in the beautiful community of 'Pinetop Crossings, which is IDEALLY located in the heart of the White Mountains...adjacent to Pinetop Lakes Country Club and very close to many other golf courses, fishing, bike & ATV trails, parks, movie theaters, restaurants, entertainment, shopping. Easy drive to SUNRISE Mountain!

Upstairs there is a loft with a large sectional and TV where kids love to hang out, watch TV, play games!

PATIO:
Dining Table that seats 6 as well as a conversation seating area that seats 2 more. Also, a gas grill for cooking out!

PETS:
House-trained dogs are welcome with owner pre-approval. Strict maximum of 2 dogs. A signed pet addendum and a pet fee is required. Before you book, please message us for approval and to tell us a little bit about your dog(s)...Thanks!

$50 per night for 1 dog, $65 per night for 2 Dogs
$300 per week for 1 dog, $350 for 2 Dogs
Discounts available for stays longer than 1 week

HOLIDAY WEEKENDS:
A minimum stay of Friday to Monday is required of all Holiday Weekends.

Gorgeous Home

This was an amazing home. The property was perfect for our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. This has been one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. The communication with the owner was wonderful. She responded immediately and was very welcoming and friendly. The guest book was outstanding complete with full and clear instructions and included local points of interest along with menus for restaurant areas. We will look for this property in the future. Thank you for letting us stay.

Girl’s golf trip!

This house was just perfect for 5 ladies going golfing in the pines! Very well stocked and clean. Super comfy beds. Great location (a little close to the highway, a little noisy) We loved every minute og our stay!

White Mountain Cabin

This cabin in Pinetop is awesome. Very clean and well stocked with everything anyone could ask for. Just like being at home. The owners are very responsive and helpful. This rental is one of the best if not the best we have ever seen. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here, and we look forward to many more visits.

Pinetop Winner

Five of us 65+ men rented Lisa's cabin for a weekend softball tournament. We stay in rentals a number of times each year and this VRBO was the best we've ever stayed in. Super organized, and the cabin had everything we needed. It was even conveniently located near Woodland Lake Park where we played our games. Would we stay again? Absolutely!

Good House for Adults

Nice home and neighborhood. It's pet friendly but it isn't fenced in. Well appointed kitchen made for ease in cooking. We brought our own board games and card games. We would return in the future!

Terrific hosts, beautiful property

Home is as lovely as online photos. Quiet neighborhood with access to different things in Pinetop. Everything you’d need is at the house. Kitchen stocked for avid cooks. We enjoyed the patio setting too. The host made the stay special. Had a sign in the garage welcoming us. Attention to detail. Very communicative too. Stay here for a great experience. Thank you Lisa!

Great family vacation!

This cabin was all, and more, than what we could've asked for. Plenty of room for our children and grandchildren with ample parking to boot! Cabin was immaculately kept and pride of ownership shows. We'll be back for another extended family weekend!

2 week Work trip

This place has it all! What a fabulous home, host, location and bedding! We travel a lot for work and this has been the best yet! Thank you to Lisa for all the hard work for making this a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, well accommodated, bedding and towels were excellent. There were 6 of us and we had 0 complaints. We will be staying here again!

Great family time in a beautiful cabin .

We celebrated our youngest child turning 30 . The family time , location and cabin were great . The cabin had everything you could ask for . The host were great ! The cabin was clean and plenty of room to sleep for all of us . Looking forward to another trip !

This is the second time we have stayed at the cabin. It is clean, well-kept and the owners are very quick to respond. We had a wonderful time with our family and friends. Will definitely continue to stay here when in the area.

Christmas - 2023

From the very onset, my experience dealing with not only VRBO but the owner of the rental/property in Pinetop/Lakeside AZ , aka The White Mountains was nothing short of EXEMPLARY!! Lisa Knap , the property owner, is courteous, outgoing and is extremely accessible!! The information provided to me with respect to Checking In, Checking Out and everything in between was specific as well as understandable!! The property was exactly as proposed in the pictures!! The property was clean and the Christmas Tree provided to us by Lisa was magnificent!! ALL of the home amenities were wonderful!! We could not have asked for better and we are so grateful and appreciative for this "experience" especially since this was our first trip to the White Mountains to celebrate Christmas as a family!! Thank you Lisa for such a memorable experience!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!
