"Loved being right across the street from the ocean everything was centrally located and in walking distance. The owner/staff friendly and accommodating. Minor cleaning in the bathroom/grouting around the shower. Would definitely go again."

"We stayed in the king room with balcony and loved it! The room was HUGE! The balcony had an ocean view and we enjoyed every second of our stay. If the staff wasn’t at the desk they were there within seconds of pressing the bell to assist. Can’t wait to be back next year for our yearly trip to York!"

"What a wonderful place! Very friendly service by Dole! Yummy home-made breakfasts! Quiet at night with quality beds and bedding! Sparkling clean bathroom. Huge bedrooms. Central location within 2 minutes walk to York Beach and Harbor. Host freely shared information about the surrounding area, including restaurants, beaches, parking, directions, etc. We absolutely enjoyed staying here, and over the years, we have stayed in many lodgings -- and this trumps them all! We intend to return!"

"Great location near shops restaurants and the Marginal Way. Lovely room ,very comfortable bed, nice linens and large bathroom. They accommodated early check in so we enjoyed the entire day. Since it is a luxury inn they should have someone to help guests carry luggage upstairs. Great coffee but breakfast was just OK Will return."

"Needed to have staff turn on shower (very difficult faucet)! Room beside staircase real noisy at times. Room and bed were very comfortable and had nice views if you could see through all the rain."

"Almost everything about our stay was perfect—the exquisite setting, the rooms, the amenities. The only thing that wasn’t was the service in the dining room. The food was quite delicious, but the service was quite slow both nights we ate there."

"Perfect location to walk everywhere! The location is so pretty, clean and very well taken care of. The room was very comfortable with a sitting area, balcony and kitchenette. The morning breakfast was wonderful, a great selection of fruit, breads and eggs to order....❤️❤️❤️. Pre arrival there was an email sent to me as to where to park and enter property, this was such a seamless arrival. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Grasshopper Inn!"
