"Very clean, I got everything I need in our room. They even allowed extra family members stay with me for couple of days without extra charge. Very considerate concierge and staff. It’s next to Shoemart if you need to shop groceries and water. It’s near downtown BGC, everything is walking distance. Breakfast buffet is the best, quality vs quantity. "It was very close to a lot of things like SM Aura, the unit is clean and the host was very helpful and communicated instantly. The unit has the necessary amenities although didn’t check out the pool nor the gym. Not the unit’s fault- but at one point only one elevator was working and the hallways were very warm. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"Check in process is a bit vague without explanation that someone needs to give you the key and meet you. While I have specified what time is my supposed to be flight arrival, they haven't mentioned when to meet. We needed to wait longer after a long flight. Check out process was much better. I had to communicate in advance about check out time and they came promptly."

"The Tower front desk refused to check us in because the owner did not provide them our booking information. Our booking was paid for and confirmed by Expedia, still we Were not given access to our paid room. I incurred additional expense booking a place to stay for the night. Stressful experience for me which could have been avoided had the owner communicated with the Tower staff. . "

"The place is in the middle of BGC which made it easy for us to go around. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. The room was clean but the bathroom door cannot be closed properly, and there is water that comes out of the bathroom tile every time we step on it. Something that the hotel can fix, I think. There’s no Room Service after 11pm. All in all, the hotel is good enough for a short stop."
