"The Rosemount Inn is located in a beautiful area of Kingston with many restaurants close by. The waterfront is also within a short walk. It is not far from the main highway and is easy to find. The included breakfast was very good. "

"We really enjoyed this property but the check in process was very clunky and opaque, difficult to figure out how to contact the host. The integration between them and expedia is not good, messages were repeated, missed and late in arriving. We talked to another guest at the property who had the same experience so... it's a thing... but once inside with codes and keys, we really enjoyed it and have no complaints. "

"Lovely spot to spend a weekend. Breakfast is really lovely and all the pieces to a great continental. Our room was clean and cozy. Will be back thank you so much."

"Staff were friendly and accommodating. Very responsive on the Expedia app for messages. Room was so cool and classic! Neighborhood felt very safe, lovely walk to Queens. They let us leave bags after check out then return and have a cup of tea while we were waiting for our uber. Very classy! My only minor issue was coffee - there’s no hot coffee til 7am; pods were available before then but only French vanilla or decaf when I went at 6am. FYI if you need caffeine like me!"

"Check-in was terrible, Need more staff to reduce lineups at check-in time and spread out check in time. Two staff insufficient to speed up check-in, starts off a visit with a bad taste having to line up for over half an hour."

"parking was fine. staff was friendly. They cleaned the rooms but the smell in hallway and rooms wasn’t good. Furniture old, carpet disgusting. staplers sticking out between walkway from room to bathroom and was frayed. Door to hallway - the bottom half was about 1/4 inch open. "

"Parking was easy and safe. Lisa checked us in and was fabulous with giving us tips for local, walkable places to eat. The hotel is clean and modern "

"Parking was free, but needed a bit of TLC. To the hotel credit’s there was evidence of the parking lot being resuscitated. The general exteriors of the building needs a lot of tlc and needs to be better visible to prospective guests."
