"Location was great and room was spacious. Walkable to restaurants and city center. Only negative was the parking lot was full due to events in the hotel. We had to look for parking at an off sight lot."

"I was very happy with my stay, the room was big and clean, the view was beautiful, and the morning breakfast was free and really excellent. Mark at the front desk was truly first class and helped me out of a parking pickle! I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Kingston."

"This hotel was okay, I guess, but extremely overpriced for what it was. I wouldn't call it rundown but it was definitely dated. The room was clean and comfortable but the view wasn't that great (we were on a lower floor), toilet handle and sink drain were broken, and the sliding door barely worked. Carpets and hallways were but we could see where they were doing construction, so maybe that was fixed on other floors. There was also a weird thing where they were unable to take any of my credit...

"There was nothing almost in the room, no coffee or coffee maker, no microwave or heater, no shampoo. The fridge was empty. The breakfast was so basic, not much option. Do not count on Breakfast. It has free parking which is good. At night when we came back to inn and to our room aa stranger chased us and entered to inn from back door that goes to parking and it is a one way door it means you can exit but no enter. she knocked on the door and when i opened the door she pretended that she lost her...

"All the staff at this hotel are excellent. The personnel at the front desk made sure my stay was comfortable. But, the highlight of the stuff is the people working the breakfast section. They seem to enjoy what they do and make sure every client is happy."

"Les chambres sont parfaites, tout est propre, le personnel est gentil. Le point négatif est le déjeuner, sûrement un des plus médiocre j’ai eu dans un hôtel. Juste du pain blanc, les œufs vraiment pas mangeables, les yogourts les plus cheaps, et très peu de fruits. Café très bon et endroit très bien entretenu par contre. 2e point négatif, ils nous chargent un extra 6,50$ par jour pour le stationnement, je n’ai jamais eu à payer extra pour le stationnement dans un hôtel."
