However more frustrating was that the photos online showed a hot tub with the indoor pool, it had been filled and it now a seating area. The bar and restaurant were closed due to understaffing, but you could buy beer from the reception desk. Also, the two luggage trollies available were damaged so that using either was difficult; one had a broken wheel and the other had a flat wheel and the upper carriage was attached to the trolly in two of the four spots. Staff at hotel seemed very preoccupied with other work duties and not wanting to help patrons waiting in line! Why aren’t there are free upgrades anymore? "The kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook a meal, pantry space for goods and a full size fridge. There was complimentary coffee pods and some snacks which was nice.
