"施設のハード面は申し分なく、さまざまなエンターテイメント性が盛り込まれていて楽しめた。 結婚記念日の思い出に伺ったことを伝えたら、お祝いのお酒のサービスがあり、楽しく過ごすことができた。夕食時のテーブル担当の田頭さんも会話が弾んで楽しめた。食事もひとつひとつ丁寧に工夫されていて美味しかった。 気になったことは、従業員が皆若くマニュアル通りにそつなくこなすことに徹しているだけのようにも思えた。また入館時のモノレールなど中々他には無い施設なのだから、導入に関する説明など、乗り込み前にもう少し余裕のあるほうがよかった。 総じて従業員の教育次第でまだまだ伸びしろのある旅館だと感じた。"
