"Great location, the hotel still has it's cool vibe and food amenities, though could benefit from more washing machines as there are only five which were in demand. Very clean room and stunning views, all the rooms are from the 20th floor upwards. If you are on the side where the train line is though you are likely to hear them so earplugs might be needed"

"Nice hotel with snacks, soup, coffee, and lots of freebies. Room was cute and well put together. Location was accessible to many restaurants, pubs and bars. It is in the red light district and is a "rest" hotel, but very discreet. Cabs and uber are easy to use and train station is an 11 min walk. "

"This still operates as a 'love hotel' as well as a tourist hotel but it is very discreet and the love hotel aspect did not impinge on our 4 night stay at all. The hotel is very clean, reasonably modern and the room we had was huge with a nice relaxing space and very quiet despite being in a lively part of town. On that point - the hotel is on the edge of the red-light district but never felt unsafe; go one block one way and your in the red light district, go the other way and you wouldn't know...

"While the room was small (probably normal size for Tokyo hotels), it was very clean and extremely well laid-out so it didn’t feel particularly crowded. The hotel is located in an excellent location within easy walking distance of two different subway stations and multiple convenience stores. It’s also very close to Kabukicho and Ni Chome, but is located on a quieter street so you’ll still be able to sleep at night without noise. "

"This property is close walking distance to lots of stores and shops.! Shibuya is like 20 min away and close remote access. You have market stores close. The staff are friendly and customer service is great. You can pay for breakfast Buffett which is good but if your staying longer the downside is it’s the same food daily. Also it’s located around lots of clubs but no noise and calm. We didn’t have any issues"

"I booked this hotel not realising it was a Love Hotel, but it was a really nice place to stay. The rooms were a good size, with excellent amenities, and the location was great. As others have said, the bed was hard, but we found this throughout Japan anyway. Westerners tend to perceive these hotels as sleazy, probably because of what the equivalent is like in our countries, but we didn’t find the hotel to be like that at all. We would stay again and would recommend. "
