"Clean room and great location near a train station"

"Perfect location for us. A bit quieter neighborhood but still walkable from the main area around Shinjuku station and a short walk to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. Super clean, new, apartment space. Kids loved the pull down projector. Very helpful to have in-unit laundry/dryer."

"We stayed for 4 nights and loved this hotel. The gym/pool area was lovely, clean and well equipped. Buffet breakfast was great and we tried the special Japanese Bento box experience which was very impressive. View from the bar was incredible. Location very easy to explore. Rooms were large, well equipped and privacy screens were great for people sharing. Staff all so helpful, kind and professional."

"The hotel was a fantastic stay for our family of six. We were traveling with four teenage boys and ourselves. If you have the option to purchase the buffet breakfast, absolutely do it! The food was amazing and the staff were incredible. The rooms were meticulously cleaned, and the property was outstanding! The location was off the beaten path, but right by the train station which allowed easy access to all the areas of Tokyo. The standard rooms are on the smaller side but manageable."

"We had an issue with the AC during our trip but the staff was quick to resolve and offered to refund partial parts of the stay after confirming the issue. The AC was fixed quickly and they even bought water, snacks, a cooling towel, and an extra fan as an apology. The rooms are very comfortable with lots of space, laundry, and spacious shower. Check-in was great and only took a minute."

"Very nice hotel, great location 1 min away from train station, between 2 convenience stores (Lawson natural and 7 eleven). Staff was real helpful and assisted us with restaurant bookings and transportation. Definitely recommended."

"The room had a foul smell and the air coming from the AC had a weird smell. The bathroom smelled of mildew. When informed about this they gave us a different room but even this one was only slightly better. I believe the hotel needs to change the filters on their AC regularly and do a more thorough job to prevent mold and mildew."

"If you are traveling with a big group, this location is perfect for it. Rooms have plenty of space and plenty of amenities for everyone. Location is a bit off from the local tourist spots, but a metro line is at walking distance if planning to go into the city. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from and convenience stores near by. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family."
