"It was a great experience! We stayed for just one night, as a transition from Kyoto to Tokyo. Although it was rainy, cold and Mt Fuji was not visible, it was the best place to stay. The welcoming staff at the reception, they take care of luggage immediately for you. You get a tour of the hotel by one of the staff which explains you all the itinerary of events and get you to you room. We had an amazing time and were really sad to leave. The staff were all so kind and welcoming, the food was absolutely delicious and we loved the hot tub in our room.
A truly incredible stay for families - we really hope to come back one day!"
