"The place is very dated, could do with a little TLC. There is no lift to the upper rooms, had it stated this on the website, I would not have booked.
Having mobility problems, but not enough to have an accessable room, it was difficult with the stairs and luggage, however the receptionist did offer help. "Booked for a stay at Days Inn Southbound M5. Found out when I parked up that the hotel was on the Northbound. Had to walk over the bridge to the north side - facing oncoming traffic to get to the hotel. Car was left in the southbound car park but I paid the hotel for parking and they assured me the southbound car park would be informed. Just received a £100 fine which i will not be paying. Complained about the fact I booked accommodation on the southbound (not indication that the hotel was...

"Good location with ample parking. Good variety of food and drink.
Unfortunately the bar closes too early at night, maybe that's the law in Wales!
Could do with extra help at breakfast as the service was a bit slow when there are many people waiting to be served."
