"This hotel is part of the Best Western Sure Collection. I have stayed here several times before and not been disappointed. I am delighted to say that this stay was no different but actually exceeded expectations. The staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming. I booked in for an evening meal. My room was around the back where there was additional parking in from of the lodge. My room was a suite with a proper full size, king size bed. There were welcome gifts on hand and the whole room...

"Hotel staff was excellent, warm, and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure we we comfortable. Location is a walk to Cantebury but is in a quieter area. Rooms were clean and well kept, breakfast was well done. Parking lot is small but very well maintained. "

"It was all so simple, the code was sent through via email for the lock box which contained a fob to get in the main door and key for the bedroom door. Claire was very helpful when we arrived. The rooms are lovely and spacious, comfy bed too! Breakfast was a continental spread and lovely start to the morning, the staff member was very courteous and friendly. "It's a Premier Inn, so you know what you are getting. The hotel is seconds from the train station and the beach. The staff were superbly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. The bar was better than your average hotel bar, bit of a limited draft beer choice. Overall, highly recommended."
