"Great little extras."

"Beautiful resort, love the new pool. The pool side drinks and food are really good, and affordable. Loved the bar area. Very quiet at night which is great in the halls rooms and outside near the pool. Makes it feel very safe. Only thing was on check in the woman who greeted us was really unfriendly. Pool side bar also girls said they were tired and exhausted. While I understand the busy weekend quests still want to have friendly encounters."

"The only thing I did not like was the pillows. They do not have regular pillows. They have decorative pillows. Small square ones."

"We really enjoy this property! We've stayed 3 times so far and will definitely return for future stays. The area is beautiful and invokes relaxation, the accommodations are very comfortable and convenient and there are ample activities to engage in or you can just relax. Breakfast, which is included, never disappoints, the portions are very filling and delicious. I highly recommend. On a side note, the cottages would benefit from a refresh to maintain their allure."

"Staff members were friendly but short on employees. Our room was not ready after showing up 45 minutes after standard check in time. The toilet paper holder in room was broken along with shower knob that controls water temp completely fell off. The WiFi connection went out for over 2 hrs resulting in our family not being able to watch television out use electronic devices. The indoor pool had children’s food floating in bottom as well as by the filter opening for several nights. The...

"The room had trash on the floor, used hand towels shoved near the toilet paper, mold inside the wall decor frame, moldy lamp shade on desk and wires visibly tangled in the bottom corner of the AC unit. All issues could be prevented easily with properly performing the daily duties."

"Room was clean, had trouble with the air conditioning but they did have it fixed by the time we got back. Not as clean as I would expect for the price. Breakfast was pretty good. I do believe the price is way to high for what you get, it was very close to the beach which is a plus. Had trouble with the side doors not reading your key card and having to walk around and realized they kept a side door open and anyone could have gotten in. Kind of scared me a little bit."

"It was a great experience. The beach was so close and was easily accessible. Room was very nice and clean. The view on balcony was beautiful!"

"The condo was much smaller than expected. Once the couch was folded out for a bed and the queen Murphy bed put down there wasn't room to walk or for luggage. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The swimming pool and deck were nice. Parking was easy and yhey had onsite sevurity."

"Bathroom sink did not drain Furnishings and decorative pictures would have nice. Perhaps at least 1 extra roll of toilet paper under the sink"

"This hotel has serious maintenance issues. One of two elevators did not work. Carpets were dirty in the hallways, elevator and room. We had to wear flip flops in the rooms to keep our feet off the carpet. They scented the room so the underlying scent was somewhat covered. There was mold in the caulking in the shower. The lights between the beds did not work but flickered all night long. Would not recommend."
